We covered critical leadership topics as organisations continued navigating the impacts of COVID and the ways it has influenced workplace culture across Australia.
The discussion also explored the growing importance of workplace bystanders and how leaders can empower teams to step in and help put a stop to workplace bullying and harassment for good.
