Graincorp Annual Conference 2023
Great Leaders, Leading Safely for the Future
Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney NSW
9 August, 2023
Thank you Graincorp for having me along to your Annual Conference for senior leaders to speak about what great leadership looks like and how our values shape the way we walk the talk as leaders.
With so many recent changes in workplace culture and the WHS landscape — particularly around psychological health and safety — it was great to see so many leaders actively engaged in our discussion around psychological safety and the key responsibilities leaders hold in this space.
We explored the important connection between psychological safety and psychological health and safety, and how these concepts relate directly to leadership behaviours and organisational duties.
Congratulations to Graincorp for continuing to pave the way for a safe and respectful workplace into the future. And I have to say — I love the new values too.
