Great Leaders Workshop
Professionals Real Estate Principals Workshops 2023
May, 2023
Thank you to Professionals Real Estate for having me along to speak at your 2023 Principals Workshops held across the country.
We covered a wide range of important leadership topics including building great workplace cultures, psychological safety, psychological health and safety, the importance of mental health awareness, updates around sexual harassment, the role of bystanders and practical prevention strategies.
There is so much for business owners to be thinking about right now, no matter the size of the organisation. If you want to attract and retain great people while building a thriving business, culture matters.
Keep focused on your core values. My favourite is (of course) WE’RE PRO TOGETHER — because collaboration truly is your superpower.
