I had a great keynote session with RoadTek at their Leaders Forum on Preventing Sexual Harassment. It was wonderful to stream into their live event in Mackay.
My favourite part of the session was hearing some of the leaders share their key takeaways and what they would change or do differently at the end of the discussion.
It honestly gave me goosebumps to hear their ideas — many of them coming straight from the heart. Leaders play such a crucial role in shaping respectful and safe workplace cultures.
