Thank you to the Executive Assistant Network (EAN) for having me back — this time to speak with their members about the very important topic of psychological safety.
The fear of speaking up in our workplaces is still very real today.
Creating workplaces where people can speak freely without fear of humiliation, punishment or other negative consequences is essential. When people feel psychologically safe, they are empowered to share their perspectives, ideas and concerns.
In this webinar, we explored the advantages of building psychologically safe workplaces and practical strategies Executive Assistants can use to help encourage a strong speak up culture within their organisations.
