Safe Bodies Safe Minds
WorkSafe Tasmania Conference 2023
July, 2023
WorkSafe Tasmania Safe Bodies Safe Minds Conference 2023 in Launceston. What an amazing conference and a great theme.
Thank you for having me along to speak on ‘Workplace Bystanders – and putting a stop to poor behaviours’, covering great leadership and the importance of strong speak up cultures and psychological safety. I met so many passionate people there.
It was also special to include a video about my ‘why’ in my keynote — my little girl ‘Work Rosie’. I will continue to push and push to make workplaces safer for when she gets there. And yes, we had a little fun on stage too.
