I was very privileged to be invited onto the Wine & Wisdom FB Live group with the remarkable Heidi Dening – Resilience Keynote Speaker (CVP).
Together we explored the question of whether there can be sunshine after the storm in Australia when it comes to sexual harassment, and discussed the critical role workplace culture and leadership play in creating safer environments.
It was a very timely and important conversation, and a great opportunity to share insights and respond to questions from the audience.
