What an honour to speak at #APOSHO36 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre alongside so many incredible thought leaders in Workplace Health & Safety.
My topic was Putting a Stop to Sexual Harassment with Workplace Bystanders, exploring how empowering bystanders can play a critical role in preventing harmful workplace behaviours and creating safer organisational cultures.
I enjoyed every second of the session and the opportunity to connect with professionals who are deeply committed to improving workplace safety.
Thank you to the NSCA Foundation, Richard Cornish and Bernie Doyle for the opportunity to speak, and it was wonderful to meet so many like-minded people doing everything they can to make workplaces safer across the globe.
